Delivery

1) Hermes (payment by credit or debit card) – for purchases up to £70, postage and package is £6. Your parcel will be delivered in 3-5 days.

2) DPD (payment by credit or debit card) – for purchases between £71 and £499, postage and package is £15. Your parcel will be delivered in 3-5 days.

On the day of delivery, the DPD and Hermes driver will contact you by phone and give you a more precise delivery time.

Credit card (3-D Secure)
A convenient and secure method of making a cash-free payment is to use your MasterCard and VISA payment card.

In order to directly verify the card holder at his/her issuing bank during the transaction, we use the 3-D Secure protocol, supported by card associations. This solution reduces the risk of complaints from the user regarding the payment transaction. 

All payment data are transferred securely and iWatchery.co.uk as the retailer has no access to such details or ability to store them.
